Who we are

Omoiyari ("we," "our," "the app") is a mobile app providing AI-assisted pet wellness tools and a vetted marketplace connecting pet parents with pet care providers (groomers, walkers, sitters), plus a pet-playdate matching feature.

Information we collect

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to operate the app. Each only receives the data needed to perform its role:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
Stripe — payment processing for bookings
Anthropic (Claude) — powers the app's AI features (e.g. wellness guidance, compatibility summaries); pet profile details are sent to generate these responses
Google Maps — location display and address search

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your pet's profile at any time.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account in the app. This cannot be undone.
You can control location permissions in your device settings.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems, as described above.

Children's privacy

Omoiyari is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
