How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data (pets, bookings, playdate matches and messages) and cannot be undone.
How are providers vetted?
Every groomer, walker, and sitter on Omoiyari submits business and license details before they can be listed, and is manually reviewed before approval.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Omoiyari never stores your card details.
